Knee pain after playing bball - help

I played 2 hours of intense basketball 2 days ago, and yesterday I noticed my right knee was a little sore. I tried playing tonight and after 10 minutes I couldn't put any weight on it or run at all. What should I do? I'm thinking ice it and take ibu profen. I'd still like to do cardio though, are there any machines in the gym that put very little pressure on your knees?
