I'm not to sure if i want any time of fat burners. IF i do, it would be a safer one, non-stim i think.
I don't care too much about the cost of products. whatever will help me the most is what i want.
Diet is pretty basic, im sure it needs some tuning as well.
Wake up Shake : 1 Cup Soy Milk, 1 Scoup Whey, 1/2 Bananna
1st Meal : 1 Egg + 5-6 Egg Beaters with Brocolli and feta cheese
2nd Meal : Huge Chicked Cesar salad, or something similar.
Don't always eat a 3rd meal
Protein shake before bed.
Snacks : peanuts, peanut butter, sunflower seeds,
VERY low Carbs
NO Sugar
