The way I eat and train
Well I lost about 35 lbs about a year and a half ago. I didnt do it correctly but I dont regret it now. I lost most of my butt though, but building it up with workouts and eating correctly now, but I started working out pretty hardcore around this past august...so im happy with the results ive made since then. I am also eating better and im trying to bullk up for winter. It just bothers me after getting those pesky abs showing after FOREVER. Now I will have to let them fade some by gaining some weight to get bigger. But I will fix it once winter is over. My foods I eat now are:
Chicken breast with some BB sauce to spice up the taste
canned chicken/or tuna(good protein)
any fruit..apples, bananas, pineapples, oranges(for vitamin C)
rice cakes for the extra carbs
protein bars
lean meals(chicken parmesan, lean pockets..so on)
low fat blueberry muffins
eggs, cooked but yoke cut out
grape juice(vitamin C)
cashews
raisens
low fat yogurt
and maybe some more, ill add a small snack in their with some of the meals....im sorda doubleing up when I do eat so I can get extra protein and carbs. I weigh about 168 now....and I try to get about 200grams of protein now. When I eat this stuff I usually add atleast one of everything listed...maybe cook some chicken breasts, add one rice cake..some cashews or raisens, protein bar, yogurt. something like that
Morning(pre-workout) drink a protein shake, 3 eggs, blueberry muffin, maybe some canned chicken
Just mix it up basically, im sorda scared about gaining to much weight...but I know I wont get lazy, ill just stay dedicated and burn it all off around february after I gain muscle.
