Hey I just got my animal pak through the post today, and I was expecting 1 tablet not eleven! Is it safe to break these bad boys up and mix with water. I'll give swallowing a go but I dont think 11 tablets will go very easily.

I don't think breaking the tabs and mixing with water is any better then swallowing it. The taste would be...horrible.

It would taste bad but would go down a lot faster. So there will be no harm in breakng it down then?

Yes, and half of them are horse sized pills. Just put half in your mouth and swallow, don't be a Suzy..

I feel your pain! I bought a pill splitter and split the larger pills into quarters, then took two of the quarters at a time. I tried just the halves, but the sharp corners tore up my throat. I have to make sure I break off any sharp corners still though.

I love that vitamin pack.... just hate having to take all those pills. It makes me wonder if I have a smaller than average esophagus.

Just tried swallowing It didnt go well, so tried breaking them down that didnt go well. Is it okay to have a couple at each meal?

Damn I already take 4 other pills everyday plus I'll be ordering Pak and Pump soon. How many pills/tablets do some of you guys take a day?

I can't waaaaait to get started on Pump and Pak though so downing those bastards won't be a problem.

don't be a puss and just take them. Here is the way I do it

one set of (3) big ones
another set of (3) big ones
then the last (2) big ones with all (3) small ones

Just gulp big and don't think about swallowing them. You will get used to it.

Either get a pill splitter or swallow them one at a time. I love Universal (my cabinet looks like a store shelf, though I am not a rep) but it can be a little hard to choke them down. I have been taking the Pak for 2 years now and swallow the whole damn thing at once, but I started one at a time. DON'T try to crush them up and mix'em up in your drink (been there, cleaned the toilet after I retched).

try this...take 3 or 4 pilss the biggest ones and put them in your mouth take a swig of water and tilt your head back untill the pills fall to the bakc of your throat. then swallow....it helps if the pills are in the back your tounge.

i take 2 big ones at time and the 3 small ones. doesnt matter how you take em. as long as you get used to it

So much moaning and groaning about the size of the pills here....try taking 4 ON Superior Aminos 2222 tablets a day. They're so freaking huge there is a warning on the label!
