Multis are best taken with the largest solid-food meal of the day,which for many people is dinner. So I think you're good to go.

ZMA helps promote recovery and repair of muscle and other tissues. Most of that occurs during sleep, hence you take it at bedtime when using it as a stand alone supplement.

Doesn't really matter, that it with a meal that contains fat for better adsorption.

I don't know why it contains ZMA because it also contains Calcium (which negates ZMA).
