Cramping up, final week?
So... i have my first competition as some of you know this saturday.
I began carb loading earlier this week, and now depleteing, and recently i started dropping sodium.
The problem is as it seems I am cramping up a lot easier than before when i'm going through my posing.
Has this happen to any of you all before? Is it the sodium? I've just been avoiding high sodium foods, i dont think my sodium is that low.

bet it is
do you know exactly how much you have had each day? If not with most of the foods you are eating for the last week, you are probably really too low!
track it!

i was about to ask if potassium helped cause the cramps because i've been eating bananas as carbs, but if you're saying i should be taking potassium to prevent cramps then i guess not.
i was thinking a greater ratio in potassium to sodium would cause cramps not prevent?
