Well i decided to make a new weight loss journal as myo ther wasnt getting to much attention.

Anyway i started about 25 of June on the atkins diet. My starting weight was 239 pounds. At the moment im down to 185 pounds. Im going to the gym 5 days a week. 3 days a week i do weight training and 2 days a week i do cardio. Im also taking whey protein asfter each weight workout. Ive decided that im gonna do a six week bulk in about 4 weeks time. Im still fat as but im hoping a clean bulk will help me gain some muscle. This will in turn hopefull help me drop body fat. I wanna get thin. Im so sick of being the nice fat kid. Sure being nice is a good quality but when it comes to girls body image is definately a high point for them.
Anyway im gonna update this journal from now onwards. Every month im gonna post a progress pic. Ive also decided to take my phtos in a different room. When im in my mum and dads room my muscles are clearly visible because of the light. When im in my room it looks like i have no muscle because shadows cant be formed due to the light.
