Well if you want low calorie and filling, vegetables an fruit are never bad choices. Eat chicken, tuna, turkey, pretty much any lean meat, or cottage cheese for some good protein with not a big amount of calories.

Eggs, not sure what your goals are I would probably be more concerned with trying to find high protein low fat foods than high protein low carb foods. In the whole grand scheme of things you just have to have the right balance of the 3 but again I don't really know what your goals are so its hard to say what that balance should be.

Thats a pretty good read concerning the macronutrients and how much you should get and some good examples of each.

- Tuna (very important)
- Oats (excellent source of clean carbs)
- Egg whites (high protein)
- Grilled chicken breast (high protein, low fat)
- Turkey breast on whole wheat bread with some mustard (high protein & carbs and low fat)
- Cottage cheese (high protein)
- Peanut butter (high protein and good fats)
- Peanuts, almonds, cashews (Great source of protein and healthy fats. Don't over-do it though)
- Brown or basmati rice are a good source of carbs
- Protein shakes (Self-explanatory)

Just eat the stuff I mentioned on a regular basis and you'll see amazing results. Remember to drink lots of water, eat a high protein and high calorie diet.
