it also is backed by what seems to be very solid research(ergopharm.com). also using "all in one" during workouts. faster recovery between sets, and unlimited energy. i think patrick arnold knows his stuff!

It will not provide any attributable differences in gains. Nonetheless it is a great protein, both in taste and quality.
