how does my diet look?

6:00 am
200mg caffeine
1 green tea pill

6:50
omelet
3 eggs, salt pepper, cheese, salsa.
toast with peanut butter

9:30
protein bar
water

12:30
turkey sandwich
1 slice of cheese
1 tbs mayo
mustard
Yogurt

3:00
lean meat Burger
small bun
mustard
veggies

post-workout
1.5 scoops whey with 15 oz low fat milk

6:30
Dinner
steak or chicken

8:30
Toast with Natural Pnut Butter
1 cup milk

Around 2,000 calories. I am cutting for rugby to try and shed off some fat and gain some muscle.

im not a cutting expert, but i wouldnt wait 50 minutes before my first meal.. perhaps take the caffeine pre workout. i dont see why u would take it right when you wake up. also, add some more veggies, and carbs to ur 6:30 meal. u seem to be drinking alot of milk, i would replace the post workout milk with water, because 1. milk takes longer to digest, you need fast digestion post workout, 2. it has fat in it. drink plenty of water thruout the day

How active are you? 2000 cals is probably a little too low to support your workouts. Through experimentation, I've found my real maintenance level of cals to be around 2600.

What is your height/weight and approx bodyfat%?
