The official George Farah is a warrior thread!!
George Farah is defenitley a hugggggge warrior.. It's amazing this guy still has the will to compete in the IFBB, and be competitive.. George Farah is truely an inspiration and is one of my idols..
A while back, as we all know, George Farah was shot numerous times, mainly in the abdomen.. He now is missing most of his intestine, and with his troublesome digestion, is still competing..
Something most people don't know is last year, while George was doing tricep pushdowns, the machine broke, and 200lb fell straight on his head. The gashes were too big for stiches, so they were stapled together..
Despite these career ending injuries... especially in a sport like bodybuilding, George Farah is still competing strong, and keeping us motivated..
When I'm down, or to lazy to workout.. all I do is think of George going back into that gym feeling like ****, but still doing what he has to..
thank you George.

He is quite inspirational. I wasn't aware of the tricep ext incident. If you don't mind me asking how/why was his head under the weights?? None of the tricep pushdown machines I have ever seen would put you in a position where you are under the weights.

genetic freak.
to absorb those nutrients wtih only part of your colon is just beyond me.
he also said in flex his bicep training consists of stretching the forearm at the bottom, then curling then flexing the forearm. A two part rep, he says this causes more blood flow and BOOM! huge biceps.
he said he never uses more than 70lbs!!!!
he got some big ass guns too mang.
