looking for a boost right before lifting
im looking for something the will give me good engery/boost right before lifting. Ive heard of some hardcore climbers taking honey shots before climbing to give them a burst. can this work the same for lifting. what do you take?

Take what John Cena takes, Its called speed shots and comes in little cans, and it comes in grape and fruit punch flavors I think? You'll have to check it out.

If u want to be hardcore mix raw honey raw eggs and raw milk in a glass and drink it before a work out. And u will have tons of energy.

sounds like i would try that but i dont have eggs till tomarrow. has anyone hurd of the honey one though or had results using it?

but you cant consume raw eggs products due to uncook egg it cause it will omit a bateria

this thread's fvking sad, just try some creatine or an NO booster, you shouldn't even need an energy boost if you have a proper diet already

like pasta, potatoes, oats are good complex carbs
and bread is a good simple carb i found does the trick also.

dont take honey pre workout....take it post. it has good simple sugars to replenish your muscles.
preworkout just buy a pre workout supp. caffeine or nitric oxide maybe creatine

I dont think its a "fuking sad" thread. Ive seen professional climbers do it and all i was asking is if anyones heard of/tired it, nothing sad about that IMO.

NOOOOO, raw eggs, milk??!?!?!?!?!
toooo much, you would barf that up so fast. If you really want somthing to give you energy, try a pre-workout shake consisting of creatine, and simple carbs, and a little protein if you must. Also if you need some pep, caffine and a NO suppliment will work well. Keep it light though, to much will slow you down!
