how to do ur first injection .. my way

heyy guys , i found something may help ... beside warm shower
the key to get into ur first shot is "relaxation" ... its easy same as ur first driving lesson .

just play some relaxing music i preffer JAZ specially "Paul Taylor-night life".
plz don't say it ... i know its kind of G*y for some of you but it makes wonders with needles pain for me .

i do listen to heavy rock music while am training

Good point. Being tense and nervous means you are going to forget to do something, whether it is aspirate or moving the needle around to much in the muscle.

is aspirating that big of a deal?? i did a whole 12wk cycle and didnt aspirate once... something about pulling back on the syringe when its in me kind of makes me queezy like i might suck in something up that i shouldnt be. oh well i'm still alive and i make sure to use the right size pins--shouldnt be too big of a deal right?

Those who inject without aspirating are taking unnecessary chances. Sweating, nausea, dizziness, severe coughing, breathing difficulties, anaphylactic shock, coma or death can all result from not aspirating. Most of the time, steroid users experience dizziness and coughing fits when they inject into a blood vessel. But you need to be aware of the dangers of neglecting this simple technique that should take about 3-5 seconds of your time.

heres my story, i didnt aspirate until my 7th shot, i was worried which led me to try aspirating.

The 1st 6 shots, i will feel kinda uneasy as i didnt know if i shot through a vein or sumthing. Its really an uneasy feeling which makes you wonder "will i be ok?"

Aspirating is easy and it doesnt hurt... i even recalled the 1st time i aspirated at my 7th shot, i pulled the plunger back about 1cm and see no blood, i was glad and delighted.

i knew i've done it right....

Hope everybody who really wish to pin the needles in them to aspirate, its safer and it only takes 3-5seconds of your life instead of living in fear for the few hours after you pinned it without doing the necessary procedures.
