hmm chiropractic hmm
Hi guys.
I got this hunched/slouched posture going on ever since i spent so much time in front of computers and books during university.
It's called something like "turtle neck syndrom".
like my neck bone below my traps r kinda stickin out.
I've been doing some rows hopeing it can b fixed and it's gotten a lot better but yeah it's still there.
Anyone ever had similar problems b4?
I'm just real frustrated cuz different chiropracters suggests me different things, like some suggests surgery but others told me i can reverse it with proper exercises.
