here is my very detailed log that i promised a week or two ago. I'm going to try and make this as detailed as possible and ill be adding something new each day, let me know if there is anything you would like to know that i have not included in my daily logs...

Supplement Schedule
WB/GB - take 60 minutes prior to weight lifting or training
MM(multi) - 1 capsule 60 minutes prior, 1 capsule post workout, or both capsules post workout
Protein - when i wake up (1 scoop), 45 minutes prior to taking WB/GB (1 scoop), post workout (2 scoops), before bed (1 scoop)
DAY 1 - tuesday, oct 10/06
Today was supposed to be Biceps/Back, but today i decided to rest instead, i had a massive headache. I drank 1 scoop of protein @ 7pm. Took WB/GB @ 9:30pm with 2.5 large glasses of water.
Before taking the gb/wb, (9:30pm), i was feeling very lethargic and had big headache. I was still very excited to take them for the first time
10:05pm i'm no longer feeling lethargic, and i have some energy. headache is almost gone as well.
10:40pm i drank 1 scoop of protein, and decided to try some light barbell curls with a close grip before bed. (48lbs all the weight that would fit on my barbell at home)
1st set, 48lbs, 16 reps
*headache soming back fast*
2nd set, 48lbs, 10 reps
*couldnt do anymore, head hurting way to much, though the weight was very easy*
DAY 2 - wednesday,oct 11/06
1 scoop of protein @ 11am
1 scoop of protein @ 4pm with 1 multi capsule
Took wb/gb @ 4:45pm. Before taking them i felt a little better than average, and again excited to take them.
My workout consisted of:
1) Side Dumbell Shrugs - 1st set, 60lbs, 16 reps. 2nd set, 60 lbs, 19 reps. 3rd set, 60lbs, 16 reps. 4th set, 60lbs, 12 reps
i didnt feel that i worked my traps hard enough. i have trouble holding the larger dumbells, even at 60lbs and wasnt even close to enough weight. im going to stick to EZ bar Shrugs after this for my traps
2) Machine Shoulder Press - 1st set, 100lbs, 7 reps. 2nd set, 90lbs, 9 reps.
i felt really good in the shoulders after completing these exercises.
3) Side Dumbell Lateral Raise - 1st set, 20lbs, 4 reps. 2nd set, 15lbs, 7 reps. 3rd set, 10lbs, 10 reps.
i have never been able to lift very much doing these exercises. Going to continue them in my workout in hopes i will lift more.
How The Supplements
Made Me Feel
Pre-workout - I felt good,felt a little bit of the "pump effect", not as much as i was expecting though, but maybe next time.
During-workout - i felt better than i did when using other supps so far. Felt the "pump effect", but i was expecting more.
Post-workout - Again, i felt better than i would normally with other supps. Not sore in traps at all because i didnt work them enough. Shoulders are slightly sore, but also could have lifted a little harder.
I consumed all my protein for today, and both multivitamin caps, drank plenty of water(approx 3-4 litres)
Tomorrow i will have Mixed Martial Arts classes both in the morning and in the evening, i will head to the gym after my evening mma class for tricep/Chest/Forearms, this should be a more promising day. My post will posted around the same time as it was tonight.
