Are you doing squats and deadlifts? When I first started going to the gym, I wasn't and I regret that more than anything. Good job on losing the weight (I'm assuming it was all fat). Looks like you need to start shifting more of your focus onto lifting heavier weights instead of doing cardio. Go heavy and go hard or you're just wasting your time at the gym. Good job losing the weight, that is hard to do. Keep up at it.
Good luck.

Work out with INTENSITY, and give it another couple of years.

You need more resting muscle tone, you haven't got that "diced" look that years of CNS stimulation will achieve.
Keep at it.

Dude, no offense but I'm pretty sure you just made a stupid-as-hell comment. He CLEARLY knows how much he weighs, he can use a scale. I assume that you are refering to his weight being too high, and why would he OVERESTIMATE his weight if he is trying to lose weight in the first place? R E T A R D
Good job on losing the weight, I would suggest starting a very clean bulk.
