Coconut Oil vs Coconut Milk

Coconut oil is a solid oil which comes from the coconut seed, it is either scraped out by hand, or ground up, heated slightly, then skimmed off the top of a water bath. Coconut milk is a liquid which resembles watered down milk, but is very sweet, and contains more than just fat/oil. It is extracted by simply pouring it out of a coconut .

No........that's coconut water a completely different thing all together.
Coconut milk is the grated coconut with hot water added, after a few minutes this mixture is pressed and then strained through a sieve....that is coconut milk......no big deal everyone gets confused on what is coconut milk.

May i add that coconut milk is also taken from the mature/old/brown coconut, whereas a good quality coconut oil is taken from fresh young ones..
