Jay Is Mr Olympia And He Should Be

Well, aside for his tremendous physique, i would say he really dedicated to bodybuilding and set a very good example to youth nowaday. To achieve something big is not easy, frm all the article and video around and interview, we knew tat jay is very consistent not only his training but oso his diet. Think back, how many of us tat can actually eat the same food for a very very long period? how many of us tat disciplined enuff to eat on time, sleep on time? yeah he is a pro and he make a living for doing all of this, but considering this is his job, how many of us take our job seriously and continue to work hard on it. And for those tat think he is a boring guy(frm his vid), this is a bodybuilder video, not a sitcom , i will recommend u watch "my name is earl" if u wan some laughter. And for those tat sad about ronnie, i dunno much about him but here is wat i wanna say about him. ronnie is always saying lift heavy, yeah heavy poundage he use, but wrist straps? check. knee wrap? check. and i guess many more accesories, and those thing can actually help ur lifting many if u got a solid foundation and all( guess u know some guys tat crazy about bench shirt?)
and i think jay cutler represent the bodybuilding better than ronnie coleman.
Y? jay always on shape while ronnie like a obese during his off season. my fren(dunno about bb) once ask me when i m checking ronnie pic on the net and he ask me izzit tat a sumo wrestler, while check back on jay, he say is a bodybuilder. btw, and the famous ronnie "yeah buddy", i found it annoying and it seem like a whining of some1 tat taken some drug.
i really wonder y ronnie able to dominate bodybuilding for 8 years, he shud hav been taken down in 2001. Jay on aside u guy perhaps will say he got the distended gut too, but he know how to keep it! he know how to make himself look best and i think this is vital for a bodybuilder to look best. In my opinion,I dun think mr olympia shud only look good on the competition, but the whole year in their good shot. Y? simple, they represent the bodybuilding for most of the time. u wan ur champ to look like pregnant ?
To be a champ, and most of all, a ppl champ, all factor been counted. U can c, ronnie keep insult the other during press conference while cutler praised ronnie and say all the good thing.
I am quite happy today bcoz ronnie had been dethroned. Though he is also a good bodybuilder, but i dun really think he meet all the criteria to be mr. olympia ( he shud thx god for his past 8 competition, tat was really luck frm heaven)
It seem I criticized and make fun of ronnie a lot too today. Well , at here, I juz wanna expressed my opinion. I hope everyone tat read this wont get offended and sorry if i had offend anyone here. Cheer guys. and hav a nice day~

I know it's just the internet but plz try to use better grammar. I disagree with your opinion on Ronnie Coleman, but he does have his flaws. Nobody is perfect. I am also glad Jay finally won. He put in the work every year even when fellow bodybuilders told him he couldn't do it and that Ron was unbeatable. Jay is really dedicated and that makes him even more of an inspiration. This week on probodybuildingweekly, Shawn Ray said that when he talked to Jay after the show, the first thing Jay said was that this was for all the people who came in second and never won. That hit me as something very admirable, virtuous and thoughtful for somebody to do not just for themselves but also to dedicate it for the benefit of not just another person, but multiple people. Jay is a class act and of course a great bodybuilder. Props to Jay and Ronnie for battling it out and making history this past weekend.
