24hr Carb load, 4 hrs later, ketosis

Been CKD'n for about 8 weeks now. This cycle, I went 2 weeks before carb load.

I'm not exactly sure how many grams of carb I consumed over 24 hrs, but I'm guessing +700. ( I have a tougher time tracking quantities on carb load days )

Damn I'm showing ketones almost immediately after I 'shut it down'. No resistance or cardio.

Does this mean I didn't carb enough, or did I 'glycogen-ate' muscles but not liver? Is this possible or desirable?

No, it just means your body has got used to the idea that being in ketosis is ok. On a one day carb load, even one with 700g of carbs, you'll still have less glycogen than after a lifetime of eating carbs, so it will be easier to get back, and your body has started to adapt to keto. Congratulations.
