help my cutting Diet REPS!!
Okay Stats 225 Pounds, BF 14-15
MEAL 1 - 4 Eggs, 2 Toasts, 1 Glass Orange Juice, 1 Multi Vitamin, 3 Fish Oil Caps,
MEAL 2 - 2 Sccops Whey + Bannana + Almonds
MEAL 3 - 1 Chicken Breast, Rice + Almonds
MEAL 4 - Tuna Salad and Yogurt
MEAL 5 - 1 Scoop Whey + Almonds
MEAL 6 - Tuna
MEAL 7 - 1 Scoop Whey + (Apple if hungry) + 3 Fish Oil Caps
You think to much fats???
Too Much Protein ???
please reps for good advice need to get it solid

I would cut out the OJ in the morning and replace it with skim milk to account for the calories. And for your last meal either go with FF cottage cheese and peanut butter, or a casien based protein, and there is no need for an apple at that time.

wont milk make me look smooth still i herd that milk tends to make you hold water, also how much pea nut butter ???
the protein seems to come about 300gram region that okay ??

Okay I would go with this
MEAL 1 - 4 Eggs, 1/2 cup (dry) Oatmeal with 2 tablspoons peanut butter 1 Multi Vitamin, 3 Fish Oil Caps,
MEAL 2 - 2 Scoops Whey + Bannana + 20 Almonds
MEAL 3 - 1 Chicken Breast, 1 cup Rice + 20 Almonds
MEAL 4 - Tuna (1 can) Salad and Yogurt (with 1 tablspoon flax oil)
MEAL 5 - 2 Scoops Whey + veggies (broccolli, carrots or green beans) 20 Almonds
MEAL 6 - 6 oz meat (beef, chicken, pork or fish) + 2 cups veggies or large salad with fat free dressing
MEAL 7 - 1 cup cottage cheese + 2 tablspoons peanut butter + 3 Fish Oil Caps
where in the day do you workout ?

Just after meal 2 in the mornin thats why i add a bit of rice in my meal after the workout. Also i do cardio every other day after meal 3 for 45-60 mins
how would i prepare the last meal ??

All you have to do is put the cottage cheese in a bowl and mix in the peanut butter until the peanut butter is evenly distributed in the CC.

Ur diet is perfect. The proportion of protiens is ur diet is also nice. I think it is a good cutting diet

I've mixed a little sugar free pudding mix in the cottage cheese and eaten that, then eat the peanut butter seperately
