hey rather new to lifting, 15 yrs old, ive done my research tho, love this sight, ive decided i want to go on rippetoes and bulk up for next summer, and i understand that some light cardio is good to do alongside it, but i have volleyball plyos everyday afterschool for an hour and it is hard as helllll (probably due to the fact that im outa shape), should i just do cardio every other morning (or every morning) alongside the plyos after school to looze some of my fat (not too big, 5'10, 140, most of that wieght is fat tho, not muscle, cant bench much, like 45 ish 3x6) so basically the question is should i slim down a couple months and than start the lifting hardcore when the plyos wil b easy to do adn i wil b in better shape, or should i just lift after i get home from plyos, do cardio on the days im not lifting in the morn, and eat like a horse (all this could b tough with my schedule but i am determined and i can prioritize) thnx for ur replies
