Moi, me, myself.
Thought id take some pics to show you the base i look to build to.
Info: im 19, last check i was about 205 pounds, not sure about bodyfat, and im about 6"3. i lifted weights for about a year then gave it up (roughly 1.5-2 years ago) because i wasnt doing the right things, but ive educated myself on nutrition aspects and proper excercises etc
I've decided to get my ass into gear again and get this right, been to the gym and was abit upset with how much ive lost, my own fault tho i know!
Shoulder press went from 40kg to 25ish
Bench 40kg down from 70kg
etc etc etc
Anyways, pics are taken by myself so arnt that good really but i hope you can give me some feedback, just ask away and il answer any questions you have.

A few months, full body exercises, and a proper diet and you will have a good building block.

Well..
Not exactly sure why you posted these pictures for critique
I'm sure you know your whole body needs to be worked out, as you know.
High BF
Leg pics? Or do you not work them?
Take some new pictures in about a year and we will be able to critique you properly. Make sure you eat clean, do the right exercises don't skip out on legs, squats, deadlifts etc.
Right now you look like a normal everyday person. In a year you will have a build.

not even 6 months, a month or two, and you may see massive changes. definitely need to incorporate some cardio alongside your weight-training regimen.
