My Routine: Any Exercises i could change/add

Monday: Chest and Arms
Bench Press 5x6 60kg
EZ Bar Curls (Preacher Pad) 8x5 25kg
DB Curls (Preacher Pad) 12x5 15kg
DB Flys 8x5 15kg
DB Press (seated) 12x5 15kg
Concetration Curls 8x6 15kg

Tuesday: Kickboxing, Lat pulldowns after training

Wednesday: Shoulders, Back, Tris
Bench Press (Inner Grip) 5x6 60kg
DB Shoulder Press (seated) 12x5 15kg
EZ Bar Upright Rows 8x5 25kg
Dips 10x5
Bent Over Rows 8x5 25kg
Tricep Extensions 6x5 25kg

Thursday: Kickboxing, Lat pulldowns after training

Friday: Repeat Cheats and Arms

Saturday: Rest, Maybe a run

Sunday: A combination of exercises test different ones.

Ive been doing that routine for 2years now... I only do 2 sets of lat pulldowns on days i have kickboxin coz i aint got the equip at home and am usually stuffed. What do you mean i do too much lat work? ( I dont train tues and thurs if you presumed that i onyl do a few sets of lat p-downs)
