I dont have much at home...not oats no nuts nothing.
But PB i have ;D Not Nat tho.

I dont mind using a blender...but i prefer not too...my blender's noisy as hell.

What's wrong with the taste? perhaps you can add a bit of splenda in?
I use unflavoured Whey and it tastes pretty average, i was told to just man up and drink it.

Sometimes it just tastes nasty. I had to go through 3-4 different kinds before I found a brand that I liked. Even then, I can't consider it 'good' by any stretch. But I can tolerate it, which is all I can hope for.
I'd suggest buying your whey protein in small quantities until you find something you like. That way you don't waste so much if you can't stand to drink it.
As to the stuff you already have, you could buy some fresh strawberries and throw 2-3 into a blender with the whey protein & milk. That ought to help. Buying some Splenda is a good idea too. That stuff is really useful.

The strawberry flavor is a bit strange tasting but you'll get used to it after a while . Suck it up...
Do you have any flavored water or drink mix powders available like FruitO2 or Crystal Light? Try mixing it with those.

use a blender
Try using more water (don't use milk). I recommend 12 ounces of water with 6 ice cubes.
In my opinion, flavored proteins only get worse the more you try to add to them, so avoid the temptation to blend it with a lot of fruit or juice.
And I agree with everyone else, strawberry isn't the best flavor when it comes to protein. I say, stick with chocolate or vanilla.

Ive tasted some crappy vannillas too. It seems like chocolate is better than strawberry or vanilla for most companies

I'll only use approx 4 oz. (100-120ml) of liquid per scoop. The taste is stronger and at the same time it takes fewer gulps to put it down .
