Arrow Give me a workout recommendation while cutting - reps

Lets try this again. I think im gonna change routines while im cutting (for Summer). Im coming off a very high volume routine (had very good results despite everyone here calling it overtraining), but unfortunately due to work changes Its not gonna be possible to do 2x workouts a day. I cant do deads or squats (not gonna go into details). I like long and frequent routines. Any recommendations?

ok to lower your bodyfat,

i would first lower the amount of daily intake of calories (e.g. reduce carbhydrates, probably keep amount of protein intake)..

and I suggest cardio

Base this routine on 2 excersise of 4 sets of high volume High intensity
For instance
Day 1 back and biceps.
pull downs 4 sets to failure
rows 4 sets to failure
dumbell curls 4 sets to failure.
For leg day just do leg ext and leg curl and calf raises all 8 sets each.
Here is the routine
Day 1
back and biceps
day 2
legs .
day 3
chest triceps
day 4
stomach and shoulders.
take 2 days off.
than repeat.
