Guess who got injured again today :)
Me and my dad were inspecting the development on one of our acreage properties we're building - long story short, floor caved in on me and I fell into the basement. Suprisingly didn't break anything, but my leg is pretty cut up and bruised.
Owie
And this comes 1week after a 4week lay-off after i sprained my wrist kickboxing
which came 3months after a 2-week layoff when i injured my shoulder by falling on it
which came 2weeks after a 3week layoff when i injured my forearm (same one i tore a few years ago) golfing
which came like 6months after falling 2 stories off a ladder at our house
which came like 3 months after my dad hit me in the back of the head with a golf club (his heart pills made him forget I was behind him), denting my skull and giving me a concusion
which came ???? months after my dad ran me over in his M3
which came............jeese, is this getting any better? :/

you need to get you some mail order protein powder, a mail order bride, and pack your garage with workout gear, and don't let ANYBODY get near you!
on a side note, don't take this personally, but stay the hell away from me! I don't need to catch what you got!

Problem: Frequent injuries caused to AJ by falling and father
Solution: Rock climbing gear, a tether, hooks in the ceiling, a helmet, a lawyer, a no contact order filed against dad
+ food
