how am i doin 14 year old---==Pic==---
Here is a pic of me rate me on a scale of 1-10
14 years old
160lbs
5'6
been lifting since i was 13
o yea im goin to be honest i dont really got a good diet and ive never had a set rutine i jus go in the gym and work on what i think i need to work
also i dont do cutting and bulking i jus eat alot and run. and that seems to be working so im goin to keep that up.
do i really need to diet and have and rutine if i ever want to comepte?
well anyway give me repps if you think im doin good

u got great potential, keep doing what you're doing but fine-tune your diet to maximize your gains; you can find out all you need to know in the nutrition and exercise sections of this forum.
i've been working out a year as well and u look better than me

I would slow down if you want to be taller when you grow up...i knew a lot of people who started lifting around 13 and they are the same size now as they are then...just watch it

it wouldnt really annoy me bein stuck at 5'6 though my dads only like 5'5 so i would jus be the same height as him

yea thats why i didnt post any leg pics they gotten kinda small since ive got tendonisits AGIAN

sounds like conclusive evidence that working out causes you to stay the same height. my doc sez the only way bbing would stunt growth is if you balenced the weight on your head for a couple hours a day. ive been liftin and ive grown during that time

ya i was going to say that too. maybe wait till your 16 or so. your really young dont take lifting too serious. you should be having fun experimenting with drugs and alchoal, etc.
but if your already dedicated then keep up the good work and you will be ronnie coleman by time your 25, minus the 10 inch penis ronnie is sporting

well we will see wont we...with that little kid they called the little hercules...he hasnt grown at all since hes been working out since he was like 5..only thing that was growing was his hair

Well, if you said you were bulking I may rate low (however you're only 14). I'd say 8 or 9. You're in great shape for that age (I was a fat slob at that age, so good for you).
Unless you're one of the few fortunate ones, if you're considering competing one day, you'll have to get a consistant system of exercises and diet going (again, it all depends on what you want to do).
