Soon to re-be a monster
Just restarted training after a year off about 4weeks ago on 6-oxo only.
3 at night 2 morning
started at 5'9 140 and im now 145 same BF
Got 2inch on my arms in extra(from 12 to 14), thats all i know.
i just wanna look good, measurements means crap
Waist is about 29
Calves about 16'
legs 21(very small i know, i work them hard but not for mass)
Butt, big
chest is about 42
My current weights.
4weeks ago, now
Bench 155x6, 185x8
db bench 70x8, 80x7
dips 45lbsx12, 75lbsx8
BB row 155x6, 205x6
standing military press 95x8, 135x3 (125x6-8)
Front raises 35x6, 40x10
Ez bar curl 75x6-8, 95x6-8
Not such a bad progress and not so shabby for 145 frggin pounds?
Im not that white btw, the cam is really whitish, bad for the def but trust me. you can see my 3 triceps and every veins and striation in my shoulders

well the link in my sig has my old lifts and a couple workouts
This link has pictures of when i was cutting after being REALLY massive (cutting means working out VERY not often, drinking a lot and eating not enough, thats when i actualy quit. 2 weeks later)
the first 2 attached were at my peak
The last two, a couple months after starting the gym.
Missed my chest day today, had to move my whole fitness store a couple doors away. But it did do my traps workout for the next friggin month. Lifting heavy machines and boxes and building cages and storing devices for 11hours.
Did my shoulders by briging some bowflex @ second story. **** doesnt look heavy but try holding it over your head for 5mins in small stairs while the rods are getting stuck everywhere.
I stopped for a year because of a girl, i was more interested in being with her than working out.
Turns out, my lfie is way better when i lift and party just a couple times a month.
Now im with this girl that actualy likes fit guys and if she keeps whining about our schedules, i will dump her to save my future happiness and my health.
LIFTING SHOULD BE OUR ONLY MOTIVATION AND GOAL IN LIFE WHETHER ITS TO MAINTAIN OR PROGRESS.
Now i know that, my life sucks but ever since i started lifting again. i dont give a ****, i have great friends, a great family, a great job, possibly going back to college(im only 20), great health and a couple great passions.
Love should come after all these things.
Sex aswell (my real« problem, i get attached because i hate not having a steady partner)
