Question about pictures
When you guys are posting your progres pics what is best, I know to post the same day a week same time etc..

But do you post pumped pics, pics upon waking up, or after a run etc...

What is the best pic to post and or take?

However you took your prior pics for comparison take them the same exact way so you can compare the two or more a little more accurately than posting non pumped and then pumped pictures. And pumped pics are always best
