umm diet pills?
yea so like im 17 and i wanted to take a diet pill to cut some % off my b/f umm so like they all say dont use under 18 blah blah blah. why not why cant i take them and is it bad if it do? im either look at taking lipo6 or umm hydroxycut however its spelt

they say that beacuse they most likely haven't tested they're products on kids under 18..also to prevent law suits. Diet pills won't work unless you eat right and do cardio/lift. Consuming Green Tea will help you lose weight also.

umm yea i do cardio and lift and eat right and **** i jsut wanna got some BF thats all lol. . .and i understand about the lawsuits and stuff ill be 18 in october too so i guess its of for me to start taking them

If your unsure about taking diet pills take some chromium and green tea pills, the chromiuim will replace the fat with muscles and raise your metabolism. As for the green tea It will help you burn fat.

If you're unsure about them it means you shouldn't touch them. Simple as that. You don't know **** about them and I can tell by your question. Mental maturity is just as important as physical maturity when taking an age limit into consideration. You say you eat right and exercise and "all that ****", well, if you did, you wouldn't have any problems shedding BF.

ok you really dont know me so u cant say much about me but ive worked hard to get where i am allready man. . .to put it this was i was a very fat kid. . .i weigh 30 pounds more then i did when i was in 5th grade on im a senior in hs now? ok so that means i was 140 im 5th grade i was a fat blob of a kid then. . .but not anymore. i know what i have put in my body to get where i am today and i will keep on doing the samw to progress. i hope to get some pics up soon to back what i say, the only reason i was asking about a diet pill was because i have a lil xtra BF taht will not seem to go away and yes i do do cardio iu run twice a week 3-6 miles one either day. So dont tell me that i dont try or that i dont have will to get what i intend to achevie. . .THX

do high impact training on a treadmill or elliptical for 30 mins daily except for your leg day and the day after leg day...best advice i can give u...ive also heard that hydroxycut hardcore is good and also cellucor d4 extreme works well for me...i dropped 12 or so lbs of fat since i started and maintained muscle
