Is it possible to strength train before breakfast?

Is it possible to strength train before breakfast?

I'm 15 and I'm planning on strength training before school. Is it possible to strength train before breakfast? And if it is, would I be using alot less energy than I would have eaten breakfast beforehand?

the only thing i would do before breakfast would be a walk or simple cardio. however i wouldnt workout or strength train before it.. becuase ur body is empty of everything ur muscles need to build itself up.. all night long ur body is starving itself ridding u of ur carbs and protein n its in a catabolic state (burns muscle) u should deff eat something high in protein and carbs before u workout no matter wat time of day. its just a mistake to not eat sumthing before u workout. ALSO have a post workout meal.

The only thing I would recommend doing before breakfast is sleeping.
