Question Creakic... & ROS...

So im at work and im bored as hell (not that there's nothing to do, i just chose not too....) anyways im reading FLEX, and im so bored, i choose to read the special ad by muscletech about how Creakic stops ROS (something that damages your muscles when you train). So its sposed to stop ROS, and then have the creatine absorption increase. If you were to use creakic, would you need another creatine product next to it? Considering the very low dose of creatine you ingest per serving..?

No that is the only creatine you would need. It is recommended to take it morning and post-workout. It is not a low dose.

just take creatine monohydrate & 300mg of lipoic acid with your post workout shake & you'll get the same thing, much cheaper
