Red face Sleeping Zzzz

ok for the body to recover n all that **** ive heard u must sleep for at least 7hrs now wat if u sleep longer say u go to bed at like 1am n wake up at 12 or 1pm now does that mean u have to eat the same amount of meals as u wud if u woke up at 8 or 9 or wud it be still effective if u just ate fewer meals?? this is in a bulking up regime im talkin bout. or is sleepin more than required bad cauz ur buring fat???? i duno **** wen it comes to this.....

you need to have a consistant sleeping pattern (i.e no later than 12-1 and no later than 7-9am

you need to get an optimal 8hrs of sleep (not any less not any more)

and if you get up late, then you have less time in the day to make up for the calories you need to gain weight, and chances are your body has been starved of nutrients for some time so you better start packing some in if you know what i mean

man sometimes i sleep for 14-15 hours, i dont know how to get a pure deep restful sleep so i can sleep less

it takes about 21 days to get your body use to a routine, so what u gotta do is just get yourself to sleep at a certain time and keep it consistant, and after 3 weeks itll be second nature.

discipline is key, if you want to go to sleep you will, its as simple as that, if you have complexity, use something like melatonin.

also 12-15 hrs of sleep is not healthy, nor is it going to keep your body anabolic for growth, no one is a bodybuilder if they are sleepin that long
