it takes about 21 days to get your body use to a routine, so what u gotta do is just get yourself to sleep at a certain time and keep it consistant, and after 3 weeks itll be second nature.
discipline is key, if you want to go to sleep you will, its as simple as that, if you have complexity, use something like melatonin.
also 12-15 hrs of sleep is not healthy, nor is it going to keep your body anabolic for growth, no one is a bodybuilder if they are sleepin that long
