Links workin for me.
If it was me, I wouldnt focus on any particular area except building overall size. Eat lots of food, do heavy compound movements and worry about isolation workouts later down the road when you have more mass.
About supplements, its up to you. Whey of course will make getting the amount of protein that you need easier, so i would definately recommend that. Give it a month or two and if you decide to stick with it then buy some creatine if you want and give it a try. remember, the best supplement is food.
Ask us if you have any more questions, were happy to help.

For your weight and being a beginner, you've got a pretty decent build. Like the other posters said, work everything. I would probably concentrate a little more on chest, lats and legs. Your arms look good already.

I totally agree with the majority of the posters. Your main objective is to GAIN MASS. That can only be accomplished if you eat sufficiently to add pounds -- i.e. more than you burn by working out. You have a typical build for a 16 y/o, but you do seem to possess some lean muscle already. That is a good sign and you are in your prime muscle building years.
Go for it -- Eat and lift heavy and smart. Then STICK TO IT and don't give up!

I have to agree with the other posters. Bodybuilding is for the ENTIRE body. You shouldn't just work on one thing, but all of them. You have a good back with some nice definition. I would recommend the basic supplements like creatine, some form of whey protein, and a good weight gainer powder (I use a cheap GNC brand). Remember to lift consistenly and watch what you eat. Good luck!

Follow that, it'll help you gain overall mass.
Eat about 20x your bodyweight in calories, and 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight.
Don't worry about supplements (except whey and multivitamins) for right now.
