Subway way over toasts

My bro just got me some subway and i got it toasted, i looked at it and thought it was that brown bread stuff but then i looked and it was ****ing white bread that was hard as a rock and burnt on the outside. The inside was hardly even luke warm, it was still decent but i mean wtf i usually dont get subway i get schlotskys (pretty sure a texas place), but does subway always toast there **** this bad?

yeah that lukewarm taste of the fixins on the subway sandwich is ****ing disgusting.
