Anybody else hate Dr Laura?

I'm sitting at my desk right now, ready to bore a rusty drill bit through my temple into my brain.

The gal who sits by me, always plays Dr. Laura at a decibel level that is not outright loud, but rather just low enough so that I hear the conversation. People bitching about how their lives suck, then then Dr. Laura pipes up like the queen and typically treats them like crap for the decisions they have made. ----Then, the gal next to me starts to act like Dr. Laura and actually tries to probe around for issues I have! So that she can try and give advice, I typically look at her and chuckle then point to the pictures of her family.

It wouldn't be so bad, but Dr. Laura's voice is delivered in a "holier than thou" tone, and she rides people like they are 2 years old.

I'd like to be out selling right now, but I'm already back in the office.
I shall strap on my headphones and listen to Aenima. (Haha if only the gal next to me could listen to the issues on that album!)

dude, take off the headphones, place something seriously hateful/vile sounding, but not very loud. if she says anything, just be like, "i'll turn off my crap if you turn off yours."

i f*cking hate dr. laura, although sometimes, i listen just to be entertained by the idiots that call in. these people are so incredibly stupid. a fair amount of them know the obvious solution, but they just wanna make sure their buddy dr. laura gives them the stamp of approval before they act. they treat her like she's the moral authority of the universe, and she sure thinks she is. i'm not sure who's dumber: the callers or her. she's a condescending wind bag who should have been taken off the radio years ago. i think a lot of her advice sucks, but it might be a step up for the retards that call in.

i think i'd have to punch that lady in the face if she tried to pry into my business and go dr. laura on me. know what you should do? come up with a few problems that are sorta off the wall. start out serious, like say you think your gf or wife is cheating on you. after she gets into that, say something like, "yeah, so i got her back by sleeping with her brother. and now i got her brother preggers and i don't know what to do."

I told her I wanted to PIITB and she asked what is that, so I told her to get on the Misc. section and she could find out. She looked at me with a What the hell are you talking about look on her face. I walked out and got some chicken and rice from the fridge.
