Unhappy SubWay crap but delicious calorie intake

guys should i feel guilty if i dinner 1 12' subway italian BMt without mayonneise...at 10:50 pm and i go to bed at 1:30 am... in the time 10:50pm-1:30am i was seated infront of the pc in the msn messenger and seeing one movie, really no activitie, and im in CUTTING stage..it will affect me...carbs or i dont know...

9:00 am - cereal honeysmacks
12:00 pm- 48g protein shake
1:00 pm - Cardio 20 minutes
2:30 pm- Pasta with chicken breast and small portion of potatoe salad
4:00 pm - watermelon pieces
7:00 pm - CArdio 20 minutes
8:00 pm - can of tuna
10:30 pm - 1 12' subway italian BMT
and thats all..can calculate my calorie intake

Dude avoid Subway, It's crap unless you just started training in for the first time in your life and you are over 215 i say its not too bad also if you get a six inch wheat turkey or roast beef with double veggies as your only option. But no carbs before bed and subway is a lie. Especially if your cutting.
1. The bread if phony "wheat bread", yeah right, look for 100% whole wheat whole grains. subway uses just wheat bread with white flour.
2. Most of their meats are high in saturated fat and they are processed. Even the chicken, its made with high frutose corn syrup.
3.Motivate your self down a protein shake, a chicken breast or some egg whites when you hit the hey. Good luck and remember subway is a cheat

Dude don't worry about it, I enjoy Subway - but i am on a Bulk right now - its good lol. If your cutting its ok to do something like that once in a while, no one can go months without eating sh*t like that. Just don't make it a habit, like the previous poster said, keep the carbs before bed low, get some slow release protien in you i.e Milk with protien, Casein, cottage cheese. Add a banana to the shake or something to give it some substance so your not that hungry. All i can say is try your hardest to stay clean on a cut, on a bulk i say who gives a **** what you eat as long as you get the calories you need your gains keep going up and you don't turn into a complete fat as$ lol.
