Dude don't worry about it, I enjoy Subway - but i am on a Bulk right now - its good lol. If your cutting its ok to do something like that once in a while, no one can go months without eating sh*t like that. Just don't make it a habit, like the previous poster said, keep the carbs before bed low, get some slow release protien in you i.e Milk with protien, Casein, cottage cheese. Add a banana to the shake or something to give it some substance so your not that hungry. All i can say is try your hardest to stay clean on a cut, on a bulk i say who gives a **** what you eat as long as you get the calories you need your gains keep going up and you don't turn into a complete fat as$ lol.
