Question Muscle Milk before bed or ON Whey with milk before bed?

Goal: To keep a positive nitrogen balance before slumber evernight.
I will only take muscle milk one time a day, because of price and those little jugs go so fast even at 2 shakes a day they last like a week. So I need suggestions on whey to take the Muscle Milk!!

So my question is should i take the muscle milk before bed? or an hour before working out? I know muscle milk has the healthy fats and is basically a slow digesting protein! But can ON whey (a fast absorbing protein) absorbtion be slowed down good enough for sleep by adding milk? Cause I don't know if i need all those fats in Muscle Milk before bed! Any suggestions?

If you have one or the other use whichever you have. If you have both I would use muscle milk before bed. Once that runs out you can use the regular whey protein with milk and some kind of fat i.e. fish oil or almonds before bed as fats will slow down the protein absorbtion.

What I do I usually mix up a scoop and a half of whey with a serving of cottage cheese and 2 fish oil pills. That should keep you good to go.

I'm using both ON and MM. Just trying to figure out when to use the muscle milk if i'm only using it once a day.
