Yogurt + Granola + Vanilla Protein = Yummy

I am making my first attempt at eating healthy, it has been tough. I tried making casseroles that I could take to work to heat up but they didn't seem to work out too well. Looking for some simple meals and I think I found #1.

1 cup of natural, unflavored yogurt
1/2 cup of granola
1 scoop vanilla ON protien powder

It is pretty yummy and with the above ingredients it is

41 grams protien
50 grams carbs(22 are sugar)
4 grams fiber
15 grams fat

Anyone got any problems with this as a breakfast meal?

That's quite a bit of sugar - the only knock I have against granola

I would instead try to find musli, or make your own. Basically, oats, bran 'sticks', raisins, shaved almonds/coconut and sometimes there's other dried fruit as well. Musli shouldnt be crunchy like granola is - so if the bag says 'musli' and you feel thats it's hard/crunchy, it's granola.

BUMP to that. And making your own granola is easy. The flavor combinations are endless and you don't have to add all of the extra sugar and fat that is in commercial granola.
