I was only able to maintain about 15 of those pounds. Would i do it again...probably not maybe in about 5 years from now. If i were you man i would just intake your calories and take some other kind of supplement. As happy as i was about the results. , i regret all the side effects i got from it. I got really bad acne and backne which was embarressing and I was constantly grumpy and would have outburts of rage if someone would make fun of me or even try and correct me. Its also really hard trying to do it the right way with regards to eating ever 2 hours, getting enough sleep and working out all the time. I wasn't getting enough sleep due to school and the fact that i had an alarm clock waking me up every 2 hours to get food.
Once again my advice to you, lay off the juice for a couple of years, get some good creatine and whey product and just eat as much food as you can as often as you can, trust me...it might take a little longer but you'll be alot happy that way
