Friend trying to get me to join business opportunity?? Sounds Fishy

Friend of mine is trying to get me to join a business that some other people own. Its called LTD. Thats all my friend will tell me. And some other dude called me on my cell saying he is a "friend" of my friends and wanted to have a 5 minute talk with me.

My friend said its an internet ecommerce business. Quoted exactly from my friend, " they move traffic for tons of companies, circuit city, barnes/nobles, u name it they got it."

He said he got his selling tools for free. He wont give me anymore information. Does this sound fishy to you guys?
