More important than some layout is your plan for improving such lifts. That's pretty much the goal of any training - improvement - and systematically going about such improvement is what makes a program a program and a routine just a routine (and routines get routine results - same old).
Being a sprinter, you are going to have significantly different goals than the overwhelming majority of the people here. Strength and development of power and being careful not to add weight to where extra muscle will slow you down. A number of posts here are of the 'how to get big without getting strong or working hard' variety (which is nearly impossible BTW). I'd suggest joining
www.charliefrancis.com, that's probably one of the better sprint dedicated forums I know of and last I visited their weight training forum was stacked with several people who really knew this area. In addition, it helps to have your weighttraining synced with your sprinting work and not isolated.
