derek, question about your personal training certification........
hey how's everything Derek ,
I hear you are ace certified personal trainer , how did you like the ace course? , I want to get certified a.s.ap but am not sure which certification to go with. I know people say it doesn't matter what certification you got as long as your certified but I want a certification that will increase my knowledge greatly as well, so I won't have any questions about my training as well.Do you feel that the ace certification covers all the grounds of training? Would you recommend the ace certification for someone like me seeking more knowledge as well as a certification or would you go with another one?
