hello, i am an avod reader of the teenbodybuilding.com website, i love reading about teens only a little bit older than I, telling the world their secrects and stories of their first bodybuilding show exc. One of those authors was Shane Geise, a very talented teen bodybuilder. I really enjoyed his articles and supplement reviews, I even tried his workout routines. Shane is huge, ripped, and very smart, he knows all about nutrition, workouts exc. So, one day i noticed a link to the feldman brothers website on one of his articles, i clicked, and sure enough on the front page was "The Shane Geise Project: A Road to the 2005 teen nationals" I quickly read the summary, viewed the pics, and bought the DVD for $45.00 Shipped.
