Chicken Wings

I was grocery shopping tonight and I came across Tyson Buffalo Chicken Wings. I used to eat these all the time and they are awesome. I noticed they list only 1 gram of carbs per 4 wings. I thought this would be great but I looked in the ingredients and saw wheat flour. I decided to put them back, but has anyone on a keto based diet ever ate wings? A dozen wings at 3 grams of carbs sure would be a sweet meal.

Try to eat real fresh food. Go for fresh home made wings over frozen packaged meat.

I order wings as a semi-cheat meal every now and then.

It's not ideal, but it's definitely not loaded with carbs.

Even good keto food will occasionally have traces of sugar or flour added, just enough even out the spices, but they still have to be listed. Look at the order of the ingredients, and read the nutrition table. If it seems that the amount is really really small, then try it. But home cooked food is better.

ive eaten these wings on keto and they worked well enough for me.

Only prob is i over did them like 3 days in a row and now i dont wanna look at another chicken wing =/
