Why don't you try JuicyCop's new High Volume Pussy Workout.
You lift a weight for a few reps, and then when you get a little tired, you give up. Make sure you don't go too intense, you might "cause injury".
Then call yourself "hardcore" when you've never done a "hardcore" workout in your life.
By the way Juicy**** I saw your response to my thread on the Mentzer thread. I asked you to look at my thread explaining why Mentzer HIT was NOT DANGEROUS
