Revised version of HST

I've never been a big fan of once a week training. My body always responded best to 3 times a week or more. Of couorse I would always keep the volume low. The only problem i see with HST is that the volume is too low and in 24 hours i'm already recovered. From my own experience i would do 1 good set everyday and recover in 24 hours. Been getting really good results. Discuss.

Yeah... with my new **** program.. you do one muscle group a day and for 30 seconds... but its high intensity so it works really good.

Why don't you try JuicyCop's new High Volume Pussy Workout.

You lift a weight for a few reps, and then when you get a little tired, you give up. Make sure you don't go too intense, you might "cause injury".

Then call yourself "hardcore" when you've never done a "hardcore" workout in your life.

By the way Juicy**** I saw your response to my thread on the Mentzer thread. I asked you to look at my thread explaining why Mentzer HIT was NOT DANGEROUS
