Hi Everyone
I am new here (im on other forums but i just found this one), so i thought i would make a new thread in this area, seeing as my diet is what im just preparing for my first cycle, i have done lots of research.
My stats are:
Age: 23
Height: 5' 10"
Weight: 10 stone 2 pounds (uk)
Info: I use to work out alot in school and college, from ages 16 to 18, then stopped, i dont eat meat, so my training never got me anywhere (diet is so important!!).
Ok i will stop rambling, im just sorting a diet out for a 10 week cycle, i will train 3 days a week, 1 day on arms, 2nd day on legs, and 3rd day on abs (does this training schedule look good?).
I'll be shooting 500mg of Sustanon a week, on a Monday and Thursday, 250mg per day for the 10 week cycle.
I am shooting for 6000 calories a day on this cycle, i really need to bulk up, i dont really eat meat, because i just dont like it, BUT we all have to do things we dont like, so im going to eat it, i can eat alot of chicken, i actually like chicken/turkey, so i have a few questions:
Turkey is better in protien, but has a few less calories than chicken, and chicken is higher in carbs than turkey, so should i just scrap chicken for this cycle, and eat all turkey instead of chicken? Im thinking protien wise here.
Trying to work out 6000 calories a day is what im doing right now, in my diet so far ive got alot of avocado's, turkey/chicken, soups (with alot of lentils, veg in it), pasta, ive also made this home fruit shake, jam & peanut butter, alot of sweet potato, rice, oats & honey, im just spreading these out throughout the day at the moment.
Also, will vitamins and protien bars etc help me a huge deal with this cycle? Even if im eating a clean 6000 calories a day?
