i'd say you're under 12. you look pretty lean, so anything above 12 would be kinda incredulous.

Hmm well I probably won't be this lean once I reach my bulk goal of 160.

sounds good. but honestly, if i were you i'd go up to around 190. unless you're going for the lean look, 160 really ain't gonna cut it.

Great job!!!
Yeah, I can see improvement as well, especially in your biceps. Also, very impressive looking vascular forearms. Keep it up!

Dont worry about what you need to work on. Thats for dudes who have been at the game for years and are trying to hammer out those last few crinkles.
Just eat like a madman, people will go on about clean eating, but I wouldent worry about it...I mean a diet of donuts isnt exactly what im talking about or anything but, it comes down to it dont be afraid to throw in the junkfood your body could use the calories.
And lift HEAVY, dinky isolation movements are USELESS at this point you dont need them, most people who think they need them dont need them. O-lift Deadlift (and all variations) Squat (and all varations) Row Pull ups Bench, Dips, Overhead press and the likes are all you will ever need for the next few years.
Dont be afraid of fat gain to much, you could manage a couple pounds of it, 190 @15% bodyfat is going to look alot better then 160 or so at 12%
Good luck man, remember the most important ingrediant is consitancy.
