Wow my sister called the cops on me

I'm 17 btw. I was home watching TV while stretching yesterday around 1. She stormed in the front door and started SCREAMING at me and got right in my face. I was so taken back by her. Shes like "u left the dog outside and she got under the fence, she was out in the street!" and then proceeded to curse me out like i owed her 100 grand. I was like jesus christ chill out i was going right out to get her my bad, but she wouldn't leave it go. She continued to scream at me and i started getting angry. "Shut the hell up before i make u" i finally said. Shes like "i dare you to try and make me, I DARE YOU" and all this other bull****. Finally i got up, pushed her as i was walking out of the room and went up to my room.

15 minutes later i hear my downstairs door open and i hear mens voices. "Tim come down here" my sister said. I didnt respond but i was wondering what the hell was going on. About a minute later i went to check it out, and as i was stepping out of my bedroom i see a ****ing cop at the top of my stairs. "Step inside the room son," he said. I explained to him what happened and he said "you leave me no choice." He lead me downstairs, slapped the cuffs on me, and took me outside to his car. I was embarrased as **** when a few neighbors saw me leaving my house in handcuffs and there were FOUR cop cars outside my house. They took me down to the station and now im being charged with domestic voilence. I have to get finger printed and photographed and this is goign on my permanent record. I cannt ****ing believe my sister. Im never going to talk to her again, she just ended our relationship for life.

That's bs, you just shoved her? She was completely out of line, verbally harassing you. Take it to court. Get it off your record. That bannable-word needs to learn what karma is.

My moms mad as **** at her too. There was no reason to call the police. My mom said shes kicking her out of the house. Even if my sister decides to drop the charges i think the cops might follow thru with it so im ****ed as far as having a clean record. THAT B****

I can't help but ask about your parents? Do you live w/your sis only? Or do you and your sis live w/your parents?

If you both live w/your parents, I would think they would have some say in the manner if your were getting arrested.

Also, since you are only 17, it would not go on your permanent record since you are still a juvenile. Are you sure they didn't take you to JDC (juvenile detention center)?

Something smells amiss here.

My parents are divorced, i live with my mom. My mom was at work while this was happening.

And they didn't take me to JDC, they took me to the real station.

BTW guys im really trying to work on getting ahold of my mom right now. She said she kicked my sister out of the house but my sisters home sleeping right now. If i get ahold of my mom and my mom said she isn't allowed here im calling the cops and having her arrested for trespassing. Give her a little taste of her own medicine

I am no expert, so someone who knows better can correct me if I am wrong, but you're 17 and permanent records don't start up till you're 18. Unless you kill someone I guess.

Your sister seems immature. Eventually she'll grow out of it. Whatever happened, she's still family. Hopefully, she'll realize how ****ed up that was and apoligize and you can be mature enough to accept.

Doesn't matter really. It's kind of ridiculous, but it's the truth. I'm all for killing rapists and wife beaters, but hate the way the laws work. If a girl I never met claims I raped her I will be arrested and put all over the news as a rapist.
