My diet discipline sucks

How many of us just suck at keeping with a proper diet? I have no problem going to the gym when scheduled but keeping a proper diet is a pain in the arse. I've got my diet down to when I'm getting enough protein and calories every day, but my carbs are through the roof...and it's usually one thing that ruins it. Here's a look at my struggles:

Day 1
This day was unusual because I had lasagna. A 4" by 4" square has 100 grams of carbs! I should have take the pasta out because it also has 58g of protein. But to me the pasta is the yummiest part!

Calories: 2847
Fat: 108g
Carbs: 244g (yikes!)
Protein: 228g
Major Carb sources: Oats (54g), Milk (24g), Lasagna (100g!!), SizeOn (31g)

Example 2
Ok here's a day without lasagna but my carbs are still through the roof...mainly because the carb-rich foods are my favorite:

Calories: 2910
Fat: 115g
Carb: 221g
Prot: 244g
Major Carb Sources: Oats (48g), Bacon, Egg,Cheese biscuits (48g), SizeOn (31g) two measly tortillas (51g!!!!),

This time I was starved after work (I work nights) so I stopped by McDonalds and grabbed two bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. Those things are tiny so I thought it wouldn't have that many carbs. SO I look these things up on McDonald's website and crap! Two of these things have 880 calories, 48 g of fat, 38g of Protein, and 72 grams of carbs! Damn those biscuits! But buscuits taste so damn good! And two tortillas I had with fajitas gave me 51g of carbs. Sheesh! Eating fajitas without tortillas is like eating a PB&J without the J!

Damn dieting. Damn it to hell!
